This multipart plastic kit builds an Arkanaut Ironclad, one of the heaviest and most imposing skyvessels in the Kharadron Overlords airfleets. The Ironclad serves as a floating fortress, unleashing explosive shells and armour‑piercing torpedoes while its reinforced hull shrugs off enemy fire. Its deep cargo holds can transport entire companies of Arkanauts into battle.
The Ironclad bristles with weaponry: aethershot carbines and aethershock torpedoes line its hull gun ports, two bomb racks carry a variety of explosives, and the prow turret can be equipped with a great sky cannon, great skyhook, or great volley cannon. The vessel is crewed by a full complement of duardin specialists, including a captain at the wheel, a navigator in the crow’s nest, a turret gunner, a signaller with telescope, and an endrineer clinging to the hull.
The model is covered in industrial detail, from riveted plates, doors and ladders to the extensive rigging stretched across its massive endrin balloons. Pipes, valves, cogs, propellers and exhausts emphasise the ship’s mechanical power, and even the ancestor‑face figurehead incorporates a functional grille.
The kit also includes a selection of shipboard accessories such as spare pistols, tools and a gangplank for captives. The turret, carbines, rudder and propellers can be assembled without glue, allowing mid‑game repositioning.
This kit comprises 152 plastic components and is supplied with a Citadel 170mm x 105mm Oval Base and a 50mm ball‑and‑socket flying stem. This mini is supplied unassembled and unpainted.
